Downtown Palatine Street Fest began in 2000 as a small hometown event and has grown into a favorite annual festival. The idea behind Street Fest caps off the summer months for everyone to enjoy one last outdoor event. Street Fest is where one comes with family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy great music, taste our local restaurants’ cuisine, participate in fun games, and most of all have a good time!

This is an event for our community and manned by Village of Palatine employees, friends, and its residents. Since 2000 Street Fest has grown from 20,000 attendees to over 45,000. Street Fest personifies Palatine’s motto “A Real Hometown” where friends, neighbors and out-of-town visitors all come together to enjoy the biggest block party around.
