Association meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:15 pm at Emmett’s Tavern
Dues
Annual dues for Full Premier Members are $120, payable in March.
Committees
A.Marketing and Events Committee: Duties include: Organizing the events (annual and bi-annual), providing or garnering website articles from members for the Association website, organizing “mini events” with other members of the association
B.Fund Raising Committee: Duties include sponsoring or garnering the sponsorship of events, soliciting for and increasing membership.
C.Executive Committee: The Officers of the Association

Executive Committee/Responsibilities
President
The president shall be the principal executive officer of the association. He or she shall be in charge of the business and affairs of the association and, in general, he or she shall discharge all duties incident to the office of president. He or she shall preside at all meetings of the members; approve all press items and advertisements, be available to the press for interviews or disseminating information to the press in regard to the association; prepare the agenda for the meetings; draft motions to be voted upon, for the meetings; organize the programs to facilitate communication with other businesses and organizations; supervise the associations affairs and activities; provide an annual report to the members; appoint Committee chairs as needed; serve as the official representative of the association. Except in those instances in which the authority to execute is expressly delegated to another officer or agent of the association or a different mode of execution is expressly prescribed by these bylaws, he or she may execute for the association any contracts or other instruments that the members have voted upon and approved.
Vice President
The vice president shall assist the president in the discharge of his or her duties as the president may direct and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the president. He or she shall attend all monthly meetings; work with the president on fulfilling the duties of the president. In the absence of the president or in the event of his or her inability or refusal to act, the vice president shall perform the duties of the president and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions on the president. Except in those instances in which the authority to execute is expressly delegated to another officer or agent of the association or a different mode of execution is expressly prescribed by these bylaws, the vice president may execute for the association any contracts or other instruments that the members have voted upon and approved.
Secretary
The secretary shall prepares minutes of the meetings and maintain a permanent record to the minutes of each meeting; maintain an accurate record of the members’ attendance at the meetings; give notice of all regular and special meetings; distribute or otherwise “mail” the minutes of the meetings to the members within ten (10) days of the previous meeting; timely file all paperwork required by the Secretary of State to maintain the association in “good standing”; provide and mains a calendar of current and upcoming events of the association; (a) record the minutes of the meetings of the members and of the board of directors in one or more books provided for that purpose; (b) see that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of these bylaws or as required by law; (c) be a custodian of the corporate records and of the seal of the association; (d) keep a register of the post office address of each member that shall be furnished to the secretary by such member; and (e) perform all duties incident to the office of secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the president or by the board of directors.
Treasurer
The treasurer shall be the principal accounting and financial officer of the association. He or she shall attend all monthly meetings; have charge of and be responsible for the maintenance of adequate books of account for the association; have charge and custody of all funds of the association, and be responsible therefor, and for the receipt and disbursement thereof; prepare detailed financial reports and present them at each monthly meeting; pay all approved bills; prepare membership invoices; provide and maintain a current membership list; maintain the associations checking account; provide financial statements for each event or project anticipated and conducted by the association; perform all the duties incident to the office of treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the president. If required, the treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of his or her duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the members shall determine.
Director of Events
The Director of Events shall be responsible for working with the heads of the Committees in organizing, assigning and delegating specific duties to some if not all of the Members participating in an event. The Director shall also ensure that deadlines for such activities and delegation of duties have been accomplished prior to or at the event.
